Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within the US 5 to 12 business days. Placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.
Typical delivery time frame is between 5 to 14 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 3-8 business days.
Janine’s Boutique (Janine’s Palace LLC) is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with United States Postal Service.
