REFUND/ RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

 NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Returns: Items must be returned in their natural state. All items must be unworn and unwashed and include all tags INCLUDING receipt within 72 hours.  If these steps are not followed, it will be denied. Refunds will be put back on whichever form of payment was used. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS ON COSMETICS or LIPGLOSS, SKIN CARE products and CUSTOM WIGS.( All items that can be tampered). Due to the temperature of the lip gloss, in certain heat degree; you may need to shake it before being used.

You may request a refund within 72 hours of your purchase. After that time frame you will be issued a store credit. If the HAIR have a quality issue, we can do a refund if the hair is not destroy or used.
